Big News: I'm Partnering with Brown Dog Gadgets to Expand STEM for Girl Scouts Worldwide

I’m thrilled to share some big news — I’m partnering with Brown Dog Gadgets and USA Girl Scouts Overseas (USAGSO) to expand hands-on STEM learning opportunities for girls around the world!

As I enter my sixth year leading USAGSO’s STEMinist program, this new collaboration with Brown Dog Gadgets means that the hands-on learning can focus on engineering, circuitry and energy, making it accessible for Girl Scouts of all ages — Daisies to Ambassadors. The innovative kits — from solar powered- cars to wearable circuit jewelry — are designed to spark curiosity and build real-world skills without requiring advanced tools or prior experience.

Brown Dog Gadgets will be providing beginner-friendly materials and step-by-step guidance make it easy to explore and build confidence. Making STEM approachable and exciting is a core passion of mine, and this partnership means Girl Scouts from diverse backgrounds — whether in bustling cities, small towns, or far-flung embassies and bases — will have inspiring educational tools in their hands. Together with Brown Dog Gadgets’ creative STEM kits and USAGSO’s global reach, we’re empowering the next generation of thinkers, makers, and leaders.
